The ISO (International Organization for Standardization) quality standards and certifications are the most widely recognized of their kind. They are based on incorporating a number of quality management principles, including a strong customer focus, the active involvement of top management and managing a process-oriented approach that supports continual improvement.
ISO 9001:2015 is the latest version of these internationally recognized quality management principles. It is designed to combine the best of process management while assisting companies to develop a management system that aligns quality with their wider business strategy while overlaying a risk-based awareness approach to planning and execution. The focus on risk-based thinking and accountability in all organizational processes helps improve communications, efficiency and implementation of continuous improvement. LPS has maintained an ISO quality certification for the past fifteen years while being periodically audited and re-certified. The company was awarded their first ISO quality certification, ISO 9001:2000 in 2003 and a subsequent updated version, ISO 9001:2008, in November, 2010.
