CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

The ideal candidate will: handle incoming calls per their assigned product group with regard to stock/custom orders, quotations to be worked up, inquiries with regard to pending orders, respond to requests for samples and gather needed information for cost accounting. He/she will: log orders for credit approval and follow-up daily with Credit Dept., attach incoming confirmations to orders in file, and maintain open/closed files in an orderly fashion. Learn quoting of custom orders and calculation of raw materials to purchase to cover custom orders as well as scheduling of production for stock/custom runs. He/she will alert management & sales force as to the flow of pending orders/quotations. Must have good phone and speech skills, high school graduate or GED and 3-5 years Customer Service experience in a call center environment where goods are sold. Flexible packaging background a plus. TIGR-WRAP Sales Representative – NJ, NY & CT

The ideal person will be self-motivated, creative & innovative, posses excellent communication and inter-personal skills and be a problem solver. He/she should have a proven track record in construction sales/or customer service with emphasis in the roofing and general construction industries. Minimum of 3-5 years sales or customer service experience; basic computer skills including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word. VP Finance & Accounting

The ideal candidate will provide leadership and coordination of company financial planning, debt financing, and budget management functions and ensure company accounting procedures and reporting conform to generally accepted accounting principles.  Essential functions: establish financial objectives, accounting policies and procedures; consults with CEO on financial matters; financial statements/budgets presentation and preparation, both internal and external; cash management – bank negotiations, forecasts and investments; risk management – ensures there is adequate insurance coverage at the best price; reviews and appraises acquisitions accounting for maintenance and leases; directs the tax accounting activity, ensuring various tax returns and reports are filed appropriately; oversees costing activity & inventory valuation; supervises all phases of the accounting and purchasing departments; works closely with the MIS department to untangle and improve accounting programs, and act as liaison between various departments.  Education & experience: CPA required; minimum undergraduate degree in Accounting or equivalent experience; small family owned business experience preferred; 10 years experience at small to mid-sized manufacturing company.
