CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
The ideal candidate will: handle incoming calls per their assigned product group with regard to stock/custom orders, quotations to be worked up, inquiries with regard to pending orders, respond to requests for samples and gather needed information for cost accounting. He/she will: log orders for credit approval and follow-up daily with Credit Dept., attach incoming confirmations to orders in file, and maintain open/closed files in an orderly fashion. Learn quoting of custom orders and calculation of raw materials to purchase to cover custom orders as well as scheduling of production for stock/custom runs. He/she will alert management & sales force as to the flow of pending orders/quotations.
