1G-N Assembly Instructions – Components: Box, Ring (1), Can/Lid (1)

  1. Fold bottom of fiberboard box and seal center seam with 2” wide clear plastic tape(3m type 371) extending 2” on each side. Use “H” pattern for taping.
  2. Secure lid completely and evenly on can with manual can closer. Rotate can 90 degrees clockwise and repeat step.
  3. Snap on locking ring on can/lid assembly with manual can closer. Rotate can 90 degrees clockwise and repeat step.
  4. Set in can with lid and locking ring securely attached.
  5. Fold top of fiberboard box and seal center seam with 2” wide clear plastic tape(3m type 371) extending 2” on each side. Use “H” pattern for taping.

2G-N Assembly Instructions – Components: Box, Pad, Ring (2), Can/Lid (2)

  1. Fold bottom of fiberboard box and seal center seam with 2” wide clear plastic tape(3m type 371) extending 2” on each side. Use “H” pattern for taping.
  2. Secure lid completely and evenly on can with manual can closer. Rotate can 90 degrees clockwise and repeat step.
  3. Snap on locking ring on can/lid assembly with manual can closer. Rotate can 90 degrees clockwise and repeat step.
  4. Set in two cans with lid and locking ring securely attached.
  5. Fold corrugated pad at score and insert between cans to separate.
  6. Fold top of fiberboard box and seal center seam with 2” wide clear plastic tape(3m type 371) extending 2” on each side. Use “H” pattern for taping.

4G-N Assembly Instructions – Components: Box, Ring (4), Can/Lid (4)

  1. Fold bottom of fiberboard box as indicated on box to create interior cells and seal center seam with 2” wide clear plastic tape(3m type 371) extending 2” on each side. Use “H” pattern for taping.
  2. Secure metal lids completely and evenly on 1 gallon capacity metals cans with manual can closer. Rotate can 90 degrees clockwise and repeat step.
  3. Snap on locking ring on can/lid assembly with manual can closer. Rotate can 90 degrees clockwise and repeat step.
  4. Set in up to four cans with lids and locking rings securely attached, placing each can within individual cell.
  5. Fold and tuck top of fiberboard box to separate cans and seal center seam with 2” wide clear plastic tape(3m type 371) extending 2” on each side. Use “H” pattern for taping.
