1 Gallon, 2 x 1 Gallon and 4 x 1 Gallon Corrugated Only F-Style Metal Can Shipper

  1. Assemble single shipment corrugated carton. Tape bottom flaps with 3″ reinforced gummed tape, or minimum 2 mil 2″ clear carton sealing tape.
  2. Insert sealed can into single shipment carton.
  3. Bend flaps (A) at score and fold into carton.
  4. Seal carton with 3″ reinforced gummed tape, or minimum 2 mil 2″ clear carton sealing tape.
  5. If shipping 2 pack; assemble 2 single shipment units and assemble 2 pack outer carton. Place single shipment units into outer carton. Seal outer carton with 3″ reinforced gummed tape, or minimum 2 mil 2″ clear carton sealing tape.If shipping 4 pack; assemble 4 single shipment units and assemble 4 pack outer carton.
  6. Place single shipment units into outer carton. Seal outer carton with 3″ reinforced gummed tape, or minimum 2 mil 2″ clear carton sealing tape.

ATTENTION:            Apply inner seal to can opening.

Tighten Cap to 23 In-Lbs. torque.

For single pack, outer flaps overlap.

For 2 and 4 pack, outer flaps meet.

Use center seam tape pattern, 2.5” minimum overlap.

 

 

UN marked 2 pack and 4 pack cartons are not sold as kits. 2 and 4 pack outer cartons must be used with inner single shipment cartons.
