Laminating: Our custom laminations include a wide range of film, foil, poly, paper and metallized constructions up to 60″ wide, produced using a solventless process. The solventless feature diminishes the potential of compromising product ingredients and is environmentally friendly.

Coating: Hot melt, full gum and pattern adhesive up to 60″ wide. Paper siliconizing up to 60″ wide.

Preformed Laminated Pouches:  We manufacture pouches up to 36″ wide in many materials creating stand-up, gusseted, three side sealed pouches with zipper and tape (permanent and resealable) closures. Other features include tear notches, perforations and easy open options. Large shrouds and gaylord liners can be made from a wide selection of material.

Preformed Monopolymer Bags: We manufactured three side sealed bags up to 48″ wide from polyethylene and a combination of unsupported films. Bags are available plain or cushioned with zipper closures, hot melt tape, tamper evident seals, grommets and wicketed. We specialize in pocketed bags for biohazard packaging and co-extruded film bags for courier and mailing applications.

Slitting: Our state of the art slitting department can produce roll widths for your FFS applications from 2″ to 48″ in roll diameters of up to 24″ on either 3″ or 6″ cores.

Printing: LPS’s state-of-the-art printing capabilities include eight-color flexo presses. We are equally skilled in reverse, surface, line and process printing. Our experienced, fully staffed in-house graphics department is ready to guide and support our customers with the aesthetic design aspect of their packaging presentations.

Zipper Extrusion: We extrude zipper flange and string profiles for a variety of applications. Our 20 years of in-house extrusion experience assures consistent performance and complete compatibility of our zippers with any of our laminates. Our Top-Loc ® zippers are also compatible with most zipper attachments and form/fill/seal and converting equipment.

R & D and Quality Assurance: Our well equipped QA laboratory supports all aspects of manufacturing and R&D. Our quality management system is ISO 9001:2008 certified and we test and certify everything we manufacture using ASTM and MIL-STD-3010 test procedures.
