Good News - the LPS Wine Caddy is immediately available and in full compliance with the new legislation passed by the New York Division of Alcoholic beverage Control. This law allows restaurants to package a patron's unfinished wine so the patron can take it home.

This is a welcome change for restaurants and patrons in New York State. Restaurants stand to increase wine sales and diners will feel better not having to leave half finished bottles of their favorite wine behind!

Please call us today and order your supply of the LPS Wine Caddy bags. According to the law, in order for the unfinished bottle of wine to leave the restaurant with a patron, the bottle should be placed in a bag that meets the following criteria:

  • The open bottle of wine must be placed in a one-time tamper evident transparent bag.
  • The bag must have a secure unbroken seal.
