Good News - the LPS Wine Caddy is immediately available and in full compliance with the new legislation passed by the New York Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control. This law allows restaurants to package a patron's unfinished wine so the patron can take it home.

• The open bottle of wine must be placed in a one-time tamper evident transparent bag.
• The bag must have a secure unbroken seal.
