Capabilities

LPS Industries is a multifaceted converter offering custom engineered packaging solutions, including flexible pre-formed pouches and roll stock with specific barrier properties and high impact graphics.

Privately held company: As a privately owned company, LPS has the resources and ability to devote the time necessary for start-up projects and difficult trials.

Laminating: LPS has a new 60" wide state-of-the-art solventless laminator. The solvent less feature diminishes the potential of compromising product ingredients and is environmentally friendly. It is designed to work well with heat-sensitive films and is very fast - an important feature to LPS because of our reputation in the industry for quick turnarounds.

Coating: Adhesive coating - hot melt, fullgum and pattern up to 60" in width.

Preformed Pouches: With 40+ years of experience and an R&D laboratory dedicated to product innovation and quality assurance, LPS's flexible pouches and bags continue to meet today's very demanding challenges for innovation, quality and performance. We offer an variety of flat and standup pouches available in many materials (including foil) with reclosable options. Also, LPS's laminating capabilities allow for reverse printing.

Printing: LPS's state-of-the-art printing capabilities include eight-color flexo presses. In addition we have an experienced, fully staffed in-house graphics department to guide and support customers with the aesthetic design aspect of their packaging presentations.

Zipper Extrusion: The extrusion of zipper for a variety of applications (including polyethylene, barrier and standup pouches) has been part of LPS's manufacturing capabilities for over 20 years.
Our Top-Loc® zippers are compatible with most zipper attachments, form/fill/seal and converting equipment and are available in a variety of stock flange and string profiles.
