LPS Industries wins Gold

Each year for the last 50 years, the Flexible Packaging Association (FPA) has honored the many achievements and innovative advancements made in the field of flexible packaging at their annual Awards Dinner. The continuing advancements in flexible packaging combined with the distinction of being a winner in any or all of the four categories - Packaging Excellence, Technical Innovation, Environmental Achievement and Printing Achievement has become a true mark of distinction. This year the total number of entries reached 127. So LPS is very pleased to have taken home the GOLD for Packaging Excellence!

The winning Cacao Noel Fondue au Chocolat, VaporLoc ® Pouch is indeed the perfect package. This resealable, stand up, barrier pouch can be microwaved or boiled as is and the chocolate is served directly from the pouch or poured into a serving dish. Its point-of-sale appeal and mouth watering graphics are good for the retailer - its promise of gourmet taste with minimal preparation entices the consumer.

Paris Gourmet (the importer - distributor) wanted to launch its dark chocolate fondue in a unique, functional and attractive package - one that would set their chocolate product apart.
